TOWN OF KENNAN

ZONING AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on 7/6/2026 a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED Zoning amendments to Sections: 2.02 Definitions-clarification to “dwellings,” 3.02 Sewage and Water Supply-creating setbacks for wells and septic systems, 4.02 (3) clarifying Zoning Administrator duties, 4.10 adding Temporary Dwelling Fee, 4.11 (4) Penalties and Enforcement clarification, creating sections 3.15 Temporary Dwelling Permit (Campers/RVs), and 3.16 Dwelling Counts per lot pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.61(4)(c) and 62.23(7)(d)2, for the Town of Kennan, Price County at 5:00pm at the Kennan-Georgetown Municipal Building, N4315 Mequon St Kennan WI 54537.  A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance changes are available for public inspection upon request.  During the hearing, all interested parties will be afforded an opportunity to be heard.  Written comments or requests for full text may be submitted to the municipal clerk at clerk@townofkennan.wi.gov or mailed to Zoning, PO Box 211, Kennan WI 54537 prior to 7/1/26.
