Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) permits are required for all new dwellings (1 and 2 family) and the installation of HUD code manufactured homes built after April 1st, 2007. 

The UDC permit is required to be issued before construction can start. 

Additional fees (50% more) will be STRICTLY enforced for starting prior to permit issuance.

This UDC permit is in addition to the Town of Kennan Building Permit
